QA Weld Tech offers a range of services to manufacturers of valves and pumps. With a wide portfolio of approved welding procedures and an experienced welding engineering department, headed by a European Welding Engineer, we can offer advice and provide capacity, on weld overlays and their service suitability. Corrosion resistant alloys (CRAs) can be applied to both new and refurbished valve and pump bodies, with our in-house CNC machine shop can offer a complete package.

Our computer controlled hot wire TIG cladding rigs with an endless torch rotation (ETR) facility enables us to apply these overlays to large valve bodies with difficult geometries. Finally, our in-house pressure testing facility ensures that the finished product meets design standards and the product is delivered with a full documentation package.
