Our Quality Department uses an array of inspection techniques to ensure all manufactured parts meet the project specifications. An Aberlink fixed bed CMM ensures that all parts produced in our machine shop meet our clients’ specifications. Faro Arm portable CMM are used to carry out 3D inspections, Jig certifications, CAD comparison and dimensional analysis. PMI, NDT, hardness testing and post weld heat treatment are also available to meet specification and customer requirements.

Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 1,500 bar (22,500 psi) to API and BS8010 can be carried out in our twin, individually certified pressure testing cells. The pressure testing facilities were upgraded in 2014 to meet the latest HSE requirements featuring blast walls with ballistic certification, safety interlocks and remote video camera monitoring. Each cell measures 4m x 4m and a removable partition wall enables items up to 8m to be tested.

Pressure test bays are also available for third party sub-contract.
